I am an ICF Credentialed Coach extensively trained in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and specifically in working together with people who want to change their relationship with the way they eat.

This ten week intensive Therapeutic Coaching programme uses all my extensive knowledge and experience to help you:

  • Discover and find compassion for your early decisions around your body
  • Understand your early decisions around food and eating
  • Understand what you really need and how to give yourself this 

This programme will give you all you need to address your eating once and for all.

On Eating Our Feelings you will be expected to work hard, to reflect deeply, to talk through your thinking, feeling and behaviour and you’ll be given all you need and every opportunity to change your relationship around your eating.

What does the Eating Our Feelings Online Therapeutic Programme include?

Week 1: Getting to know myself (who am I now?)  

Week 2: Who tells me what to think, feel and what to do? (exploring influences)  

Week 3: How did I become me? (exploring your life-script)  

Week 4: What drives my thinking, feeling and behaviour? (exploring your models of thinking, feeling and behaviour)  

Week 5: How have I learned to take care of myself (learning, forgiving and moving on)  

Week 6: Listening to and resolving the conversations I have with myself (understanding the impasse)  

Week 7: My psychological hungers (learning hungers and planning to meet them)  

Week 8: Escape hatch closure (making promises for wellbeing) 

Week 9: Offering permission, protection and potency (to yourself!)

Week 10: Making my plan for true self care

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is included as part of Eating Our Feelings? 10 x weeks of intensive therapeutic coaching via your weekly workbooks, 2 x 90 minute calls (I advise you to book these with me at the beginning and end of the programme). 
  • What is your Cancellation Policy? Your payment and your agreement to pay in instalments is a legal agreement and non-refundable. If you wish to cancel after you have paid your first instalment, or your full amount, please send an email to . Cancellation requests will be assessed and concluded on a case by case basis. We will decide together on a fair resolution. 
  • When will we receive weekly modules? You will receive workbooks every 7 days.
  • When are the 121 Coaching Calls? These are in the first few and last two weeks of the programme. After you enrol on Eating our Feelings, you will receive an email with instructions about booking your one to one coaching calls with Lucy.
